Hive and Shape include a component based on the number of people with access, while Serve is a service sized according to the agreed activities. Most projects combine both models in a single annual contract.
No. Onboarding and training for the people using the platform are included. The only exception is integrations that require custom development within your systems; if so, we will make this clear before you sign.
Yes. This is the most common approach: start with Compliance or HR, measure completion for the initial content, and add other departments at subsequent renewals.
Your content belongs to you. When you leave, we export the materials in standard formats, including SCORM for learning content, and return the source documents. There are no proprietary formats that lock you in.
Yes, and they are usually the starting point for the project: documents, procedures, presentations and existing content become the material the agents work with, with no need to rewrite them.
Yes. With Hive and Shape you can add a library of paths built by Syllog on the topics of the departments we serve: HR, Compliance, Operations, Marketing & Sales. You use them right away, alongside the content you produce yourself.
Yes. On Hive you deliver mandatory training through certified partners integrated with the platform, so regulatory obligations and tracking stay covered without leaving Syllog.
Data and infrastructure remain in Europe. Access is governed by the roles and permissions you define, with Single Sign On through your identity systems, and customer data is never used to train models.
With Serve, the first published content arrives in two weeks. With Shape, you produce from day one of use. With Hive, configuring the environment, access and the first modules takes approximately four to eight weeks, depending on the integrations.
