Introduction
ASB is a company that brings together marketing, communication, software development, psychology, and inclusive design in a single project ecosystem. Its identity is hybrid by nature: it integrates diverse expertise around a common goal — building ethical, accessible, and measurable communication experiences. Certified ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 30415 (Diversity and Inclusion), and UNI/PdR 125 (Gender Equality), ASB adopts a structured approach to QDEI principles (Quality, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion), which are not mere statements of intent but operational criteria within every project. In this context, the partnership with Syllog was born — chosen as the technological infrastructure to host ASBacademy and its training paths, starting with the "Value-driven brand communication" course.
Challenges
When designing ASBacademy, the ASB team faced a common but often underestimated problem: the gap between training content and the delivery platform. The main issues were:
- Transforming complex content on communication, ethics, and brand identity into truly usable learning paths
- Preventing the learning experience from becoming a rigid interface inconsistent with accessibility and inclusive design principles
- Ensuring consistency between stated values (quality, inclusion, human-centered design) and the digital experience offered to users
- Reducing friction in building and managing courses without sacrificing control and structure
- Making the learning experience measurable without turning it into a cold or purely mechanical process
Why ASB chose Syllog
The choice of Syllog stemmed from a very concrete need: finding a platform that was not just a container, but a coherent extension of ASB's way of working. Syllog was selected because it enables the translation of materials and knowledge into structured training paths without losing readability, fluidity, and user experience centrality. Three elements in particular were decisive:
For the ASB team, the most immediate value was also operational: a platform that simplifies the building of training paths, reducing technical complexity and management overhead.
- Frictionless experience: an intuitive structure that reduces perceived complexity, both for those who build courses and those who follow them. The focus stays on content, not navigation.
- Consistency with accessibility and inclusion principles: the platform enables an approach aligned with inclusive design, making consumption more accessible at different cognitive and operational levels.
- Use of artificial intelligence as support, not replacement: AI is integrated as a tool to facilitate learning, keeping the human role central in content design and supervision.
Results and early impact
ASBacademy is now an active reality, with the first course already available: "Value-driven brand communication. Building, managing, and measuring plural identity in the digital ecosystem." Early feedback highlights:
- Greater fluidity in building training paths
- A user experience more consistent with ASB's stated accessibility and quality principles
- Reduced operational complexity in content management
- A more "human" perception of digital training, even in a structured and scalable context
